We collect two types of information: Personal Information and Other Information.

We only allow these parties to use your Personal Information to provide services to us and as otherwise permitted by law.
- Other Entities. Government sources or other entities that assist us with fraud prevention, legal compliance, and similar functions.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Your authorized agent may provide a written power of attorney executed by you, or we may require your direct verification and confirmation that you authorized the agent.
